Wi-Fi 

Tap             to enable or disable Wi-Fi for your watch with the toggle switch.
Once enabled, select an available network. Enter password if required.

Bluetooth

Tap             to enable or disable Bluetooth for your watch with the toggle switch.
Once enabled, tap + New Device                   to display available devices.
Tap on a device you want to pair with your watch. View the device details first and then tap 
+ Connect                 .
