Normal weighting
For weighting solid food like bread, fruit, vegetables, etc… just switch on the scale with “ON/OFF” (2) and
put food on the weighting surface.
Weighting with tare
For weighting foods like liquids, jam, flour, etc…you must use a container. To weight, follow below points:

Switch on with “ON/OFF” (2).

Put container on the scale and press “TARE” (2) to make the weight of the container as a tare.

Fill the container with the food to weight.
N.B.:
if you switch on the scale with a container on it, it is not necessary to do the Tare function.
Select the measurement unit -
Using the UNIT key (3), the unit of measurement can be changed from grams
(g) to once (oz) to kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
Exceeding load
The capacity of the scale is up to 5 Kg (11lb). If exceeding that value, the display shows
EEEE.
Do not
overload the scale, since this may cause serious damage. Pay attention not exceeding the max capacity (5 Kg).
Low battery indication
When the battery is down
“Lo”
appears and the scale switches off.
Replace the battery with a new one, following the steps shown in the "Insert batteries" section.
SWITCH-OFF
Automatic: if scale is left for 120 seconds, it automatically switches off.
Manual: press “ON/OFF” for manual switch off.
CLEANING
Clean the unit with a damp cloth and soft and non-abrasive cleaners only.

lugares secos.

Não permitir a utilização do aparelho a crianças ou pessoas diminuídas, sem supervisão.

Colocar sobre superfícies planas e estáveis para garantir uma pesagem exacta. Manter uma distância de
cerca de 2 metros de fornos de micro-ondas em funcionamento, que podem perturbar o funcionamento do
aparelho devido a interferências electromagnéticas.

Manter a balança fora do alcance das crianças e longe de fontes de calor e vapor.

Colocar os alimentos a pesar sobre pratos ou recipientes, e não directamente sobre a balança. Apoiar esses
recipientes com delicadeza sobre a balança. A não observância deste cuidado poderá invalidar a garantia
em caso de estrago ou quebra do prato da balança.

Terminada a pesagem, liberte o prato da balança.

Os botões devem ser tocados delicadamente, e só com os dedos.

Se o visor não se acende é provável que a causa seja as pilhas: verificar se estão correctamente inseridas e
se têm carga.

Não indicada para uso comercial. Só para uso doméstico.

Não mergulhar o aparelho em água ou quaisquer outros líquidos; evitar que seja atingido por salpicos de
água; para limpá-lo utilizar um pano húmido.
Não sujeitar a choques que o possam danificar. Não utilizar como plataforma de apoio para objectos.
