Starting
8. Recoil Start:
Pull the starter grip lightly until you feel resistance,
then pull briskly. Return the starter grip gently.
Pulling the starter grip operates the recoil start to
crank the engine
Electric start:
Push and hold the engine switch on the “START”
position for 3~5s and crank the engine.
9. If the choke has been moved to the CLOSED
position to start the engine, gradually move it to the
OPEN position as the engine warms up.
STOPPING THE GENERATOR
Normal Operation
During normal operation, use the following steps to
stop your generator:
1.
Remove
all appliances
from the control
receptacles
2.Allow the generator to run at “no load” to
reduce and stabilize engine and alternator
temperatures.
3.if you are using Gas, switch the fuel valve to
off,If you are using propane shut off the fuel
tank valve,wait until engine stops running due
to lack of fuel.
4.Position the engine switch to
STOP
.
During an Emergency
If there is an emergency and the
generator must be stopped quickly,
position the engine control switch to the
STOP position immediately.
