FW-8 Exerciser Peddler
1.
Remove the parts from packaging and check with the parts list that you have everything.
2.
Insert 1 leg piece (Part F) into the central piece (Part B). Match the holes on the leg.
3.
Insert a screw (Part C) from the outside through the hole on the leg. The hexagonal head of the screw
should fit into the slot on the leg.
4.
On the opposite side of the screw (Part C), firmly attach on a bearing (Part D) and then a Star Shaped
head (Part E).
5.
Repeat steps 2-4 for the other side.
6. Insert the tension screw (Part A) into the hole at the top of the junction of the pedals. This tension screw
controls the tension of the pedals: tighten the tension screw by turning it Clockwise to increase tension
in pedals, loosen the tension screw by turning it Anti-clockwise to decrease tension in pedals.
NEVER stand on top of the pedals.
Maximum pedalling weight: 60Kg.
If you’re feeling dizzy or unwell, immediately stop practising.
Make sure to put the practise bike on a stable surface or table.
The practise bike is also suitable for manual operation. For this, place the practise
bike on a sturdy table without cloth.
The crankshaft can become warm during use, this is normal.
Avoid loose clothing pieces, these can get entangled with the protruding parts
during use.
Do NOT use the practise bike with any part not tightened and check before every
use whether the pedals are still properly attached to the crankshaft.
