DEFINITION
An active DVR which
has won the voting
selection and has
been selected to
repeat Local PSU or
System
communications.
An active DVR which
was voted off and
forced to stay on
stand-by, without
repeating for as long
as the elected Primary
DVR is servicing the
communication needs
in the area.
An active DVR, which
is forced by the user or
programmed to act as
a Primary. The
Permanent Primary
forces all other DVRs
in the area to assume
Secondary status. If
more than one
Permanent Primary is
available in the same
area, it will go through
higher level voting to
elect one winning
Permanent Primary.
SELECTION
Transparent to the
user selection via
DVRS voting
algorithm.
