Changing the frequency range (model WDS-G4 TX)
The transmitter WDS-G4 TX can operate in three different frequency ranges (range 1, 2 or 3). Proceed as follows
to change the frequency range:

Press FUNCTION on the transmitter for about eight seconds.
The DMX LED goes off.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until the MODE LED shows the desired frequency range.
LED indicator meaning:
• Off: frequency range 1
• Flashing: frequency range 2
• Lights constantly: frequency range 3

Press FUNCTION on the transmitter for about seven seconds.
The transmitter returns to the original mode (TX mode).
Changing the operating mode (model WDS-G4 TX)
Model WDS-G4 TX can operate either as transmitter or as receiver. Proceed as follows to change the operating
mode:

Turn off the device in question with the power switch and shortly thereafter back on again.

Press FUNCTION for about two seconds.
The device turns from transmitter to receiver function or vice versa, respectively.
Operating mode detection (model WDS-G4 TX)
Proceed as follows to detect the operating mode of model WDS-G4 TX:

Turn off the device in question using the main switch.

Press FUNCTION.
If the DMX LED changes its status, the device operates as transmitter, otherwise it operates as receiver.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!

There are no serviceable parts inside the device except for the fuse. Maintenance and service operations are
only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
•
If the fine-wire fuse of the device fuses, only replace the fuse by a fuse of same type and rating. Before replacing
the fuse, unplug mains lead.

Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
