When the formatting finishes, “COMPLETED” appears at the bottom of the 
menu. 
 

2.9.2 Recording 

data 

When the track memory becomes full, the oldest track is erased to make room 
for the latest. Further, when the mark memory becomes full you cannot enter 
another mark unless you erase a mark. Thus you should save important data to 
a memory card. 
 
1.  Insert a formatted memory card in the right hand card slot. 
2.  Press the [NAV MENU] key. 
3.  Press the [6] key several times to select RECOARD at CARD (item 6) field. 
4.  Press the [ENTER] key.   
5.  Press the appropriate key depending on the recorded item. 

Own ship’s track: [2] key 
Target track: [3] key 
Marks: [4] key 

6.  Press the numeric key to enter the file title (max. seven digits). 
7.  Press the [ENTER] key. 

When the recording finishes, “COMPLETED” appears at the bottom of the menu.
