positive error indicates that the displayed pressure is too high and should therefore
be decreased.
Options:
-100.00 to 100.00.
F. Level (Fault output level)
Purpose:
Sets the output level to either minimum or maximum in the event of an instrument
fault. Faults could be memory loss or sensor failure. The fault output levels are
outside the normal reading output levels.
Options:
MIN, MAX
MIN
The output will go to the minimum level if a fault is detected
MAX
The output will go to the maximum level if a fault is detected
VERSION
Purpose:
Displays the current instrument program firmware installed.
SERIAL
Purpose:
Displays the instruments factory defined Serial number. This is the number that is
given to the completed instrument and will be printed on the instruments casing.
UNIT ID
Purpose:
Displays the instruments factory defined Unit ID number. This is the number that
identifies the internal transducer and main board circuitry as a matched unit.
Output Levels
If a pressure is applied to the transmitter that is outside of its scaled measurement range, the
output signal will go to a fixed level to indicate under-scale or over-scale. If the instrument detects
a fault, the instrument will output a fixed level to indicate this. These levels are dependent on the
output type.
