Check Q1106 and their periphery, and service it if
defective.

Is the supply voltage 5V fed to the cathode of D016? Check D016, D1102 and their periphery, and service
it if defective.

Is the supply voltage 13V fed to the cathode of D1031? Check D017, D1031 and their periphery, and service
it if defective.

Check Q1100, Q1101, Q1104, POW-SW line and
their periphery, and service it if defective.
Check for short-circuiting or leak on the load circuit,
and service it if defective.

Check D1152 and their periohery, and service it if
