The maintenance of the Fulltime Locker is separately contracted. The maintenance tasks are subject to the FTS management outsourcing contract.
The content of service may differ according to the outsourcing contract.

Make sure to inform the FTS control center, or access to the Fulltime customer site (https://f-cs.jp/) for the procedure.
If you fail to notify FTS control center and a package is checked in, we may take measures such as returning the package to the shipper. Also, if you have
failed to notify, please note that we’ll charge the fees required for transfer arrangement, etc.

Retention period of maintenance parts (10 years)
Maintenance parts of this product (required to maintain the features)
will be kept in stock for 10 years after the same model is discontinued.

Compensation due to discolouration, deterioration or decay of stored
items caused by malfunction of this product is out of our responsibility.

Periodic replacement parts
This product has periodic replacement parts. For safe use, it is
recommended that you replace the parts in an appropriate period of
time.

Design-based standard period of use (10 years)

The design-based standard period of use of this product is 10 years.

It is the standard period of use without any safety trouble if used under
standard conditions of use such as the installation environment or use
period.

There is no guarantee that no failure will occur in this period. You can
use it safely by carrying out appropriate maintenance, repairs and daily
inspections.

If the standard period of use has passed, the equipment or worn parts
need to be replaced. We will propose it.
