DIGITAL PRESSURE CONTROLLER

WITH PROPORTIONAL OUTPUT

FOR COOLING CENTERS

1. DESCRIPTION

2. APPLICATION

For use with refrigeration processes controlling the system’s compressors (suction) or fans (discharge).

The

PCT-410Ri plus

is a pressure controller for use in plants that require cooling control on its

suction and discharge stages.
It has 5 control outputs: 4 digital outputs and 1 analog output for proportional control via frequency
inverter, and a pressure sensor input with 4 to 20mA output. Working in pairs, controls up to 5 fans and 5
compressors at the same time.
Through  the  remote  communication  between  the  suction  and  discharge  controllers  obtains  more
precise control of the process.
Versatile, manages the drive of loads in linear mode, rotation or capabilities
And, through the RS-485 serial port allows communication with the software SITRAD for management
via internet.

4. CONFIGURATIONS
Attention

4.1 Control pressure adjust (SETPOINT)

Press

 for 2 seconds until appears

, and release it after that. The adjusted operation

pressure will appear. Use

to change the value and then press

 to record it.

4.2 To enter into the functions menu

Press

simultaneously for two seconds until it appears,

, then releasing it. When

, press

(short hit) and enter the code (123) through keys

.

To confirm, press the key

 . Through the keys

access the other functions and

proceed in the same manner to adjust them. To leave the menu and return to normal operations, press

 (long hit) until

.

Before proceeding to the setpoint adjustments (desired pressure) and the configuration parameters,
select the pressure unit of measure and the type of   pressure switch which you wish to work with,
because the modification/alteration of these parameters causes the instrument/controller to return to
its factory settings (see item 4.3).

This function reserves the digital OUT1 output for drive control to turn on or turn off a frequency
inverter. This feature applies only when the control mode is making use of the analog output (F04 = 0,
4, 5 or 6).If the controller is configured to use only digital outputs (F04 = 1, 2 or 3),
