Using yoUr la scappi elecTric indoor/oUTdoor grill
the la Scappi electric indoor/outdoor Grill is designed to cook food directly on the ceramic
glass surface — it’s healthy, hygienic, and a fast, easy way to cook. it saves time and energy,
and there are no messy pans to clean.
using pots or pans on the grill to prepare food is not recommended. however, using a
pot or pan to boil water or cook in boiling water is fine. So is warming food in pots
or pans on the grill using a low/medium setting (1 or 2).
use your favorite grilling utensils and knives to cut directly on the durable glass-top surface.
do not use plastic utensils. do not place plastic containers on the grill.
do not use tools, utensils, or containers with sharp edges on the grill, as they could mark the
surface. Gravel and sand can also mark the surface.
use aluminum foil for dishes that need to be steamed or to retain the juices (and all the flavor)
of the food.
use cooking spay, olive oil, or butter for better results.
