Starting a Measurement
Upon receipt of a measurement starting signals (START or BUBL.), the air leak tester will start within 0.5
seconds. For the verification of the starting status of the air leak tester by use of RDY signal, follow the
timing of the RDY signal indicated below

Selecting a Group Number
To select a Group number before starting a measurement, specify the Group number at least 0.5
seconds prior to inputting the measurement starting signal.

Reading the Evaluation Signals
Read the evaluation signals (OK, +NG,

NG, or P.NG) at the front edge of the END signal. The
evaluation signal will be outputted 0.1 second prior to the front edge of the END signal.

Confirming the Power-On Status of the Test
The power-on status of the air leak tester can be confirmed by using the ERR signal. To do so, close the
contact 1-second or longer after turning on the main power of the air leak tester.

The functions listed below can only be operated manually by using the key switch on the front panel of
the tester.
