Unpacking a storage blade

CAUTION!
Follow the safety instructions in
chapter "Important notes" on page 15
.
Do not unpack the storage blade until it is at its installation location.
You should retain the original packaging of the storage blade for possible
further transport.
Ê
Transport the storage blade to the place where you want to set it up.
Ê
Unpack all individual parts.
Keep the original packaging in case you want to transport the storage blade
again (applies only to EMEA market).
Ê
Check the delivery for any damage during transport.
Ê
Check whether the items delivered match the details on the delivery note.
The product name and serial number of the product can be found on the ID card
(see section
"Indicators on the storage blade" on page 33
).
Ê
Notify your supplier immediately should you discover that the items delivered
do not correspond to the delivery note.
