tty-conspath, tty-sub-conspath
The variable tty-conspath shows which system board serial ports in the partition are
set to the console path. The variable tty-sub-conspath shows which system board
serial ports in the partition are set to the auxiliary console path.
• In PPAR mode
To configure the console path, set tty-conspath to the following value:
cXsY
where X = the cabinet number and Y = the system board number:
The following variables are available in PRIMEPOWER900 PPAR mode:
none, c0s0, c0s1
The default value is none.
When the value is set to none, tty-conspath uses variable values for each partition
according to the priorities shown in
tty-sub-conspath sets the console path using the same priority. tty-sub-conspath sets
as the auxiliary console path the console path that follows the console path specified
by tty-conspath in the same partition.
• In XPAR mode
To configure the console path, set tty-conspath to the following value:
cXsY-Z
where X = the cabinet number, Y = the physical system board number, and Z = the
system board number on the divided physical system board.
The following variables are available in PRIMEPOWER900 XPAR mode:
none, c0s0-0, c0s0-1, c0s0-2, c0s0-3, c0s1-0, …, c0s1-3
The default value is none.
When the value is set to none, tty-conspath uses variable values for each partition
according to the priorities shown in
