Working with the notebook

Removing and installing the battery

Only use batteries approved by Fujitsu for your notebook.

Never use force when

tting or removing a battery.

Make sure that no foreign bodies get into the battery connections.

Never store a battery for long periods in the discharged state. This
can make it impossible to recharge.

Removing a battery

Prepare for removal, see chapter

Slide battery release 1 in the direction of the arrow (1) and hold it in place.

►

Push release mechanism 2 in the direction of the arrow (2).

►

Reach into the opening (3) and remove the battery from the battery compartment.
