Modem Software Setup for Windows ME
Follow Procedure 2-4 to set up the software for Windows ME.
Note:
You must not connect the modem to the computer until the procedure tells you.
Follow Procedure 2-8 on page 2-32 if the modem has been connected to the computer.
Procedure 2-4: Software Setup for Windows ME
1.
Start your computer and allow Windows to start-up.
2.
Insert the Installation CD into your CD-ROM drive.

If the CD self starts go to Step 3.
•
If the CD doesn’t automatically start, go to
Windows Explorer -> CD-ROM Drive
-> SETUP.EXE
to run the setup program.
