try

approaches:

Check

make
sure
the

network
connection
is
normal.

restarting
your
network
router.
•

cable
connections
to
ensure
they
are
secure
connection.
•
Check
and
confirm
the
Camera
STA2

green
light
flashes

(every

seconds
flashing

still
cannot
access

Camera,
please
restart
