Install the supplied flash diffusion plate.
If the plate is not installed, the lens may block the flash light, causing the lower
right of the subject to appear dark (eclipse).

Install the flash diffusion plate
While inserting the L-shaped rib on
lower part of the flash diffusion plate
into the groove on the front of the
waterproof case, secure it with the
upper lock.
■
Remove the flash diffusion plate
While lifting the knob of the upper lock
and laying the flash diffusion plate
toward you, remove it.

Attach the flash diffusion plate strap
to the waterproof case as shown in

Avoid catching the strap when
opening or closing the waterproof
case.
Installing the flash diffusion plate
If it is hard to remove the flash
diffusion plate in the procedure
mentioned above, lift it up from below
to remove it.
