Choose how the camera focuses.
Option
Description
CONTINUOUS AF
The camera adjusts focus continuously in response to changes in the distance to the subject. Choose from
the following focus-area selection and subject-tracking options.

: The camera focuses on the subject at the center of the frame.

AREA
: The frame is divided into a three-by-three grid for focus-area selection.
AF SENSITIVITY
Choose how long the focus system will continue to track the current subject after a
new subject enters the frame at a diff erent distance from the camera. Choose from
three levels for

. The higher the value, the longer the
camera will wait before switching subjects.
QUICK AF
The camera refocuses on the subject at the center of the frame each time zoom is adjusted. Focus can be
adjusted manually when zoom is not in use.

Choose the aperture value (iris). See “Specifi cations” (page 26) for supported values.

Choose the shutter speed.
