The work flow from configuring User Authentication settings to using the feature is as follows:
 "Enabling the System Administrator Authentication Feature from the Operator Panel" (P.174)

 "Registering Users and Setting Usage Restriction with Internet Services" (P.175)
Configuring the User Authentication Feature Settings
To use User Authentication feature, settings in operation panel and Internet Services are required.
Enabling the System Administrator Authentication Feature from
the Operator Panel
