Normal
Selects the intermediate contrast level.
Darker
Increases the contrast level by one step.
Lighter
Decreases the contrast level by one step.
Create/Delete
This section describes how to register various items such as Address Book (Speed
Dial) and mailboxes. For more information, refer to the following.

Select [Create/Delete] on the [System
Settings] screen using the <Select>
button.

Select the required option using the
<Select> buttons.

Press the <Enter> button.
Speed Dial
This feature allows you to register the destination of fax or e-mail in Speed Dial. You
can search the registered destination using Address Book.
NOTE: When the content of a Speed Dial
code is changed, check that the change has
not introduced any problems. For example,
if redial is specified for the altered Speed
Dial code, the altered code will be redialed. If the altered Speed Dial code has been
specified as a forwarding recipient, documents will be forwarded to the changed
number.
NOTE: The timing of the change of content may mean that the transmission recipient
information printed on Sent Reports and Transmission Reports will reflect the
information from before the change.

Select an address number (001 to 200) using the <Select> buttons, or select
[Enter No.] using the <Select> buttons and enter the address number using
alphanumeric keypad.
