Belt Adjustments
Center the running belt:
Put the treadmill on an even ground and let the treadbelt run at a speed of 6-8 miles per hour,
observe the running belt deviating condition. If the running belt deviates to the right, pull off the
safety clip and unplug the power, turn the right side adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 circle, plug the
power back in and put safety clip on its position. Let the belt run again and watch the running belt
deviating condition. Repeat the above steps, until the running belt is centered (figure A).
If the running belt deviates to the left, pull off the safety clip, unplug the power, turn the left
adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 circle, plug the power back in and put safety clip on its position. Let
the belt run again and watch the running belt deviating condition. Repeat the above steps, until
the running belt is centered (figure B).
Treadbelt tension:
If the running belt becomes loose, it needs adjustment. Pull off the safety clip, turn power switch
off. Turn the left and right adjusting bolts clockwise by 1/4 circle, plug power in again and put
safety clip on its position. Let the treadbelt run at low speed and stand on the treadbelt to confirm
the tension is alright. If the belt does not stop when you are on it, the tension is alright.
Repeat above steps, until the running belt is moderately tight (figure C).
