Upper Cable (45) Installation:
NO.1 / NO.2
Guide upper cable (45) through upper cross beam (9) in groove of pulley (59).
Install pulleys (59) with 4 long plastic bushings (83) to upper cross beam (9) using 2 bolts M10x70mm
(102), 4 washers 10mm (118) and 2 nuts M10 (123).
NO.3 / NO.5
Install pulleys (59), 4 steel bushings ø16xø11 (37) and pulley cover (32) as shown between left and right
connect frames (11/12) using 2 bolts M10x235mm (97), 4 washers 10mm (118) and 4 nuts M10 (123).
NO.4
Mount pulley (59) on support frame (26) using 1 bolt M10x45mm (106), 2 washers 10mm (118) and 1 nut
M10 (123).
NO.6
Install pulley (59) with 2 long plastic bushings (83) on support frame (26) using 1 bolt M10x70mm (102), 2
washers 10mm (118) and 1 nut M10 (123).
NO.7
Install pulley (59) on adjustable pulley block (34) using 1 bolt M10x45mm (106), 2 washers 10mm (118)
and 1 nut M10 (123).
NO.8
Install 2 pulleys (59) to upper cross beam (9) using 1 bolt M10x85mm (100), 2 washers 10mm (118) and 1
nut M10 (123).
NO.9
Install pulley (59) on adjustable pulley block (34) using 1 bolt M10x45mm (106), 2 washers 10mm (118)
and 1 nut M10 (123).
NO.10 / NO.11
Install pulleys (59) on top fixation bracket (23) using 2 bolts M10x45mm (106), 4 washers 10mm (118) and
2 nuts M10 (123).
Attach the bolt end of upper cable (45) to selector shaft (20) using plastic washer (58).
Attach the lat bar (22) to the other end of upper cable (45) using 2 pothooks (55) and 1 short chain (54).
