Fire hazard due to overheating:
• Never use the device on top of or nearby other heat sources.
• Never cover the device.
• Do not block the air flow to the air inlets or outlets of the device.
• Never use a timer or separate remote control that turns the
device on automatically.
• Clean the ventilation openings regularly to avoid dust
accumulation.
Fire hazard due to instability:
• Always place the device on a flat and stable surface.
Explosion hazard due to heat radiation:
• Never use the device near explosive materials.
Electrocution hazard due to short circuit:
• Never use the device if a part is damaged or faulty. Replace a
damaged or faulty device immediately. Disconnect the power
cable from the wall socket and contact customer service.
• Never open the device. The device may only be opened for
maintenance by an authorised service technician.
• Never insert objects into the ventilation openings.
• Never place the device directly under a wall socket. The power
cable could touch the heating element, this can cause the
plastic insulation to melt.
• Never submerge the device in water or other fluids.
• Never operate the device with wet hands.
• Always place the device on a dry and moisture-resistant
surface.
• Never use the device in a damp space, like a bathroom, or
nearby a bath, shower or swimming pool.
• Never use the device if the power cable is damaged. The
power cable may only be replaced by an authorised service
technician.
