Voltage
The ampVOLT screen allows to choose the voltage that is sent by the UHF inputs to feed
pre-amplifiers, if the power step is activated.
Options:
12 VDC
or
24 VDC

to edit the value and keys to change. Then press
OK
to confirm.
Press to access the next screen.
Enable UHF1 and UHF 2 feeding
These 2 screens activate or deactivate the current pass configured in the previous point.
Each option sets the current pass to UHF 1 or UHF 2 independently.
If you select (
on
) the current pass is activated and if you select (
off
) it is deactivated.
Press
OK
to edit the value and keys to change. Then press
OK
to confirm.
The system is protected against short circuits, if a short circuit is detected the control unit cuts off the current at
that input.
Press to access the next screen.
UHF channels
In these screens you can configure the UHF channels for each of the filters.
Nebula 8 and Nebula 8S have 8 UHF channel settings (1P … 8P)
Before setting them up for the first time, they have no assigned channels and the display
shows (
off
). Follow these steps to adjust:
- Press
OK
. It will blink “
off
”
- Press until the desired channel is displayed as the initial channel of the filter
(value on the left side) and press
OK
to confirm. The final channel of the filter (value
on the right side) will blink.
- Press until the desired channel is displayed as the end channel of the filter and
press
OK
to confirm.
Repeat these steps for all the filters you want to program. With the keys you can access to all the filters.
The maximum allowed distance is six channels: 21-21>>21-22>>...>>21-26.
The second number never can be lower than the first one, and the overlapping between filters connected to the
same input is not allowed. When this happens, the display will show “
Error
”
There is a frequency adjustment of the filters. To access this option, from this same screen
press the
OK
key for approximately 3 seconds. A new screen will appear. The default value
is 0.

OK
to edit the value and keys to change. Then press
OK
to confirm. You will get back to the screen to
configure the channels of the filter.
