7.1) While in 'tu' (Timer Up in minutes):
NOTE:
Defaults to 0 minutes, no setting of timer up is required
When “Se” then “St” appears on the screen, this indicates to set
the start minutes

the minutes

DECREASE
the minutes
Hold down the button
for 3 seconds, until “Se” then “SP”
appears on the screen, using the same increase and decrease
button, set the Stop time.
