Unplug the unit from the mains;

Loose the fastening screws and remove the protection grille carefully. Take
care to disconnect the cable of the electronic display, if so.

Use a soft nonmetal brush or a vacuum cleaner.

Mount and screw the front grille.
‐
Finally, plug de cabinet.

SLIDING DOORS MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure the proper and easy sliding operation, you must apply every 30
days (or whenever it proves necessary to do so) silicon spray on the door rail
profiles.
Furthermore, check during the weekly cleaning routine that there aren’t any
harmful residues in the sliding rails. Also check that rubber seals are correctly
fitted.
The silicon spray used must be suitable for use with foodstuffs.
Silicon lubricant should be applied over the whole length of the sliding rail:
