(This warranty covers all models of gas grills)
Limited Lifetime Warranty
FRONTLINE OUTDOORS LLC. Warrants the stainless steel burner and all other stainless steel
components to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic
use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not include discoloration,
surface corrosion, and scratches which may occur during regular use.
One Year Warranty
FRONTLINE OUTDOORS LLC. Warrants all other grill components to be free from defects in material
and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for a period of one year from the
original date of purchase. .
The above warranties are applicable for the original purchaser from the original date of purchase and are
not transferable. These warranties cover the structural integrity of the exterior and interior grill parts,
stainless steel burners, and other parts under normal usage. Should any structural deterioration occur to
the degree of non-performance of the unit within the duration of indicated warranty, a replacement will be
provided, but a shipping and handling fee will be charged. This condition does not apply if the unit was
subject to other than normal household use.
FRONTLINE OUTDOORS LLC. will neither provide nor cover the following:
- Installation or set-up
- Normal adjustment to burners, gas regulator, etc.
- Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, hostile environments, improper
installation or installation not in accordance with local codes.
- Cleaning of ignitors and/or general maintenance
- Shipping/ Delivery damage
- Service by an unauthorized agent/agency
- Damage or repairs due to service by an unauthorized agent/agency
- Use of unauthorized parts
- Overtime, weekends, holidays
- Improper installation, such as no regulator, improper hook-ups, etc.
- Service visits for correct installation (you are responsible for providing electrical wiring, gas
installation and other connecting facilities)
- Service visits for repairs due to other than normal use.
- Service visits to supply user with operational assistance on site.
FRONTLINE OUTDOORS LLC. will not be liable for any transportation costs, labor costs, or export
duties. This warranty shall neither apply to nor will assume responsibility for damage(s) that might result
from failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions or local codes, where the equipment/appliance has been
tampered with or altered in any way or which, in our judgment has been subjected to misuse, negligence,
or accident. Implied warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of this written warranty. This warranty
is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liability in connection with
the sale of this equipment/appliance.
