Remove plastic wire guide (1) with
pliers
Removing the wire guide

Inserting the wire guide

Disconnect the brass capillary tube
(1) in the vicinity of the 4 roller drive
by pressing down with a screwdriver
(Fig.10)

Remove the capillary tube (1) from
the welding torch connection

Replacing the capillary tube
3.
Insert the steel capillary tube (1) into
the torch connection and, using
pliers, push it in as far as it will go

NOTE!
When inserting the steel
wire guide insert (1), position the
screwdriver as shown so that the
plastic parts of the 4 roller drive
are not damaged.

Insert steel wire guide insert (1) using
a screwdriver
