• Press the "down" button to decrease the height of the desk (holding the button
causes it to lower continuously). When the lowest level is reached, the display will
show "bot".
Storing the height:
- Press and hold one of the "1/2/3/4" buttons for three seconds, a beep will sound,
and the display will show "S-1" (or S-X, where X will correspond to the button
number), indicating that the altitude save was successful.
- To recall the previously stored altitude, press one of the "1/2/3/4" buttons.
Reset Settings:
When the unit's altitude is incorrect or an error code appears, the unit must be reset.
Resetting the unit will also delete the stored altitudes.
2) Press and hold the "down" key to reset the unit (hold the key until the reset process
is complete). When the tabletop lowers its height to the minimum, it will make a short
upward motion, after which the display will show "bot". The reset is now complete.
Collision avoidance settings
A function to avoid collision and damage to the desk. If the desk encounters resistance
during height adjustment, the motors will stop and reverse the desk position.
● Press and hold the "up" and "down" buttons for 3 seconds at the same time to
switch the sensitivity level.
● The available levels are: "A -0" - function off, "A-1" - low sensitivity, "A-2" - medium
sensitivity (factory setting), "A-3" - high sensitivity.
29V DC power supply function
While the unit is connected to power, 29 V DC is present on the 2-pin connector on
the back of the control panel.
This function is not available during the reset process.
Troubleshooting
Display message Solution
Press and hold the "down" button to begin resetting the unit.
The desk top will lower its height to the minimum and then
make a short upward motion.
The display of "bot" indicates the completion of the reset
process.
"E01" or "E02" Allow the unit to be idle for at least 18 minutes. After this
time, check that the desk is working properly.
