Changing from type A337.0001 to A337.0002
When converting A337.0001 to A337.0002 only the tension lever must be changed against a torque lever.
1.3 MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL
1.3.1
Procedure
Before using check tool for following possible faults:
•
Visual test of the tool for loose, lost or damaged parts
•
Check if the right type plate is installed
•
Clean all dirty parts of the tool, especially strap abrasion in the tensioning or the sealing unit by
using compressed air. (Never use any hard tools for cleaning)
Carry out a test strapping and check following:
•
Insertion of the strap
•
Free-wheeling function when pulling the strap manually
•
Strap feed and strap tensioning
•
Tensioning force adjustment for TW-Models A337.0002 (see operation manual)
•
Proper cutting of the upper strap
•
Seal quality (see operation manual A337)
Proceed according to paragraph 1.3.2 after a fault appears.
