The overheated condenser alarm (OVERHEAT.COND) appears on the display when the refrigerant temperature at
condenser output, read by the “NTC probe condenser”, is higher than parameter C6 The alarm is recorded in the
Service menu, under Alarms.
see the component and parameter table
1. Check that parameter C6 is correct, otherwise set the default values
2. Factors for which the OVERHEAT.COND. alarm is
activated:
Room temperature >43
°
C, if possible, reduce the temperature of the room where the equipment is installed
Failure to respect the minimum distances to allow the correct air recirculation
Respect the minimum spaces required
see installation check list
Dirty condenser filter
clean or replace the filter
“NTC probe condenser” out of calibration or board analogue input faulty
see PROBE 3 FAULTY Condenser probe error
The “M2” condenser fan, connected in parallel to the “M1” compressor, is not working
With “M1” compressor working, if the M2 fan does not work
replace it
Excessive gas charge
Drain and Load the system with the correct amount of refrigerant
see “data plate”
Once the system has been loaded, make sure it works properly
see “installation check list / functional testing”
