Compressor replacement

Loosen the central screw closing the front panel.

Lift the front panel, being careful to secure it to the

rear body.

Remove the gas from the system with the appropriate
recovery device to store the refrigerant.

Unsolder in the points indicated in the photo.

Remove the compressor by acting on the relative
anchor systems.

Remove the power supply cable and replace the
compressor.

Provide for the replacement of the dehydrator filter

in order to preserve the duration of the unit.

Solder the pipes again.

Electrically connect the compressor.

Make the vacuum by connecting to the skrader valve.

10.

Load the system with new refrigerant, respecting the

details on the “data plate” [see par.

1.1

11.

Start a cycle to verify the correct operation of the

system, see “installation check list” [par.

12.

Restore the clamps and close all previously removed
covers and guards again.

13.

Close the front panel paying attention to the door

microswitch.
