The baud rate is the rate of data transfer to the PC. It indicates how many bits
per second can be transferred. The default baud rate for the balance is 9600.
The baud rate settings for the balance and receiving PC must match.
To adjust the baud rate:

Press TARE/MENU to adjust the screen display: “08-bud.”
Press PRINT/CAL to confirm.
Press TARE/MENU (page up).
After selecting the desired baud rate, e.g., 9600, press PRINT/CAL to
confirm.
Cleaning
Always power off and unplug the scale before cleaning or storing it.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the scale and weighing pan. For stubborn
stains, use a mild detergent on a damp cloth. Dry the scale after cleaning.
Do not clean the scale with solvents or cleaners that may cause damage or
corrosion.
Do not immerse the scale in water or other liquids.
Do not use a stream of water to clean the scale.
To avoid injury, use proper safety equipment (e.g., gloves, eyewear, etc.)
when cleaning the scale.
