PART 5 : CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR OVEN
5. 1 CLEANING
Be sure that all control switches are off and your oven cooled before cleaning
your oven.
Unplug the oven.
Make sure the cleaning matierals are appropriate and recommended by the
manufacturer before cleaning your oven. As some materials may damage the surface,
do not use caustic creams, abrasive cleaning powders, thick wire wool or hard tools.
Liquids that had boiled over during cooking may have burned onto the cooktop and
damaged the enamel.
Please clean the liquid immediately following cooking.
Cleaning the Inside of Your Oven
Make sure to turn off the oven before starting clean up.
The best way to clean the inside of your enameled oven is to clean while the oven
is still warm.
Wipe the oven with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
You may need to use a liquid cleaning material from time to time. Do not clean
with dry and powder cleansers.
Cleaning Vitroceramic Cooker
Before starting clean up, wait for the vitroceramic surface to completely cool down.
Be sure to clean your cooker often. Not cleaning the unit properly or not using correct
cleaning materials may cause discoloration or erosion. Use the ceramic scraper
before applying chemicals to the cooktop surface. You can clean even the smallest
bit of dirt on the surface with the scraper. Materials that are difficult to clean such
as liquified plastic, oil and sweaty materials can be cleaned with the scraper easily.
Your scraper can be dangerous as it is equipped with a razor. Keep the scraper
away from chidren. Be careful not to scratch silicon adhesive placed on the edges
of the glass while using the scraper.

Change of Oven Lamp
Changing the oven lamp must be done by an authorized technician. The bulb rating
ampoule should be 230V, 25Watt, Type E14. Before changing the bulb, be sure the
oven is turned off and cooled.
