AVOID SERVICE CHECKLIST

Water fi ll time takes too long (1 hour)

• Close washer lid.

• Fully open hot and cold faucets.

• Straighten inlet hoses if kinked.

• Check water supply pressure at other outlets in the house.

• Disconnect inlet hoses and clean inlet screens.

• Check for water leakage from the tub.

• If situation continues, call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Washer takes too long to drain (10 minutes)

• Check the fuse or circuit breaker.

• Check height of stand pipe.

• Close lid. Washer will not drain or spin with open lid.

• Straighten kinked drain hose.

• Unclog clogged drain hose.

• If situation continues, call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Washer lid open

• Close the lid.

• The lid lock or PCB has failed.

• If situation continues, call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Washer is out-of-balance

• Washer is not resting fi rmly on fl oor. Move washer so it 

rests fi rmly on fl oor. Adjust leveling legs. See INSTALLA-

TION INSTRUCTIONS for details.

• Foam shipping support has not been removed during in-

stallation. See INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for remov-

ing foam shipping support.

• Wash load unevenly distributed in tub. Stop washer and 

rearrange wash load.

• If situation continues, call service - 1 800 944 9044.

PCB failed

• Call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Load sensing failed

• Call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Water level sensor failed

• Call service - 1 800 944 9044.

Lid lock failed
