Equipment followed by the

should only be
used in a commercial environment such as catering and other similar uses.
The manufacturer does not assume any liability for damages to people, objects, or
equipment that result from the following:
•
Any improper use.
•
Failure to comply with safety regulations contained in the Manual.
•
Failure of electrical safety equipment or power failure.
•
Unauthorized equipment modifications and technical changes made by the
customer.
•
Use by unauthorized personnel.
•
Use of replacement parts not authorized by the manufacturer.
•
The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical modifications as a result of
improvements made to the equipment and new developments.
Safety Instructions and General Warnings
•
Do not store in this device explosive gases such as aerosols containing inflammable
propellants.
•
Do not damage the refrigerant circuit!
•
Leave the equipment’s vents unobstructed.
•
Do not use mechanical devices in order to accelerate the defrosting other than the
ones recommended by the manufacturer.
•
Do not use electrical appliances in the compartment designated for food.
•
The values contained on the rating plate were measured in the climatic class as
indicated:
o
For equipment with climate class T, the ambient temperature values range
from 16 ºC to 43 ºC.
•
Do not use power strips or extension cords as they present a fire or electric shock
hazard.
•
Before any cleaning or maintenance operation disconnect the equipment from the
power source by removing the plug from the outlet!
•
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by personnel qualified for this
task, so as to prevent hazardous situations!
•
Do not, under any circumstances, connect damaged equipment to the electric
circuit, as doing so presents risk of electric shock or refrigerant leaks!
•
Do not make technical changes to the equipment.
There is the risk of injury or electric shock!
•
Check if the power source’s voltage and respective
frequency correspond to the recommendations in the
equipment’s rating plate found on the back (Fig. 4).
•
To unplug the equipment pull the plug and not the
cable. (Fig. 1)
•
Do not load the equipment with products until it
reaches the desired temperature.
