Temperature sensor error. The
unit is stuck in defrost mode and
dehumidification capacity is reduced.
Humidity sensor error. The unit still
dehumidifies but is in continuous
dehumidifying mode only.

The dehumidifier
blows out hot air.
The dried air is passed over heating coils
before it is blown into the room as part of
the dehumidifying process.
This is normal, a dehumidifier is
not an air cooler.
The display does not
show the set humidity.
This is normal. The display shows the
current humidity, not the set point.
Press the humidity control
button once to see the set
humidity.
There is water on the
floor.
The dehumidifier has been moved with
its water tank filled or the water tank has
been removed carelessly.
Empty the water tank before
moving the dehumidifier. Be
careful when removing the water
tank.
The unit's sound level
has increased.
The filter is clogged or the unit is placed
on an uneven surface.
Clean the filter or put the unit on
a flat surface.
The unit does not
work.
The power is not connected.
Insert the plug into the wall
outlet and push the ON button.
The dehumidification
capacity is too low.
The unit has not been working long
enough.
Keep the unit running.
The room is too big.
Use several units or a
dehumidifier with a greater
capacity.
The water tank is full.
Empty the tank.
There is too much ventilation.
Reduce ventilation, close doors
and windows.
The filter is clogged.
Clean the filter.
The tank is not correctly inserted.
Position the tank correctly.
Ambient temperature or humidity is
not within the recommended operating
ranges.
The air does not pass freely through the
unit.
Make sure the air inlet and outlet
are not obstructed.

Check that the hose is installed
correctly and that the water
drains away freely.
Recommended operating ranges
for SUN12 are 8-35°C, 35-80 %
RH.
The set humidity is higher than the
current humidity.
Set the humidity lower than
current humidity.
If the fault cannot be rectified, please contact a qualified service technician.
