First use
When using the unit for the first time, clean the interior thoroughly with soap suds and heat up the
unit, see section 3.4.1. After commissioning discolouration of the cooking/grilling area can occur.
The cleaning remains will find its way to the fat collection drawer, so this drawer must be cleaned
and emptied after cleaning the unit.
