This section explains how to adjust the strength equipment. Make sure all parts are properly tightened each time
the strength equipment is used. Replace any worn parts immediately.

ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE

To change the amount of resistance for your workout,
insert the weight pin into the desired weight. Make
sure that the weight pin is fully inserted into the
weight stack.

ADJUSTING THE FOOT PLATE

To adjust the starting position of the foot plate for-
ward, pull the red handle on the bottom of the foot
plate toward the seat.

To adjust the starting position of the foot plate back-
ward, depress the yellow foot pedal, push the foot
plate to the desired position, and then release the foot
pedal.

WARNING:

Always make sure

that the foot plate pin is fully engaged in the
selector bracket before using the foot plate. 

ADJUSTING THE BACKREST

To adjust the backrest forward, pull the backrest knob
out and move the backrest to the desired position.
Reengage the backrest knob.

To adjust the backrest backward, pull the backrest
knob out and move the backrest to the desired posi-
tion. Reengage the backrest knob.
