ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
To change the amount of resistance for your workout,
insert the weight pin into the desired weight. Make
sure that the weight pin is fully inserted into the
weight stack.

ADJUSTING THE LEG LEVER
To change the position of the pivot leg, hold it with
one hand while pulling the pop pin out of the pivot leg
bracket. Move the pivot leg to the desired position,
and reengage the pop pin into the pivot leg bracket.
To change the position of the pivot arm, hold it with
one hand while pulling the pop pin out of the selector
bracket. Move the pivot arm to the desired position,
and reengage the pop pin into the selector bracket.

WARNING:
Always make sure
that the pop pins are fully engaged in the
brackets before using the leg lever.
ADJUSTING THE BACKREST
To move the backrest, hold it with one hand while
pulling the pop pin out of the backrest adjustment tube.
Move the backrest to the desired position, and reen-
gage the pop pin into the backrest adjustment tube.
