Problem 

Solution 

The Focus display is not 
communicating with the computer. 

If you are using JAWS 11 or later, 
make sure JAWS is properly installed 
on your computer. See the section 
Adding JAWS Support to the Focus 
Display for more information on 
configuring both USB and Bluetooth. 
If you are using JAWS 10 or earlier, 
or a third-party screen reading 
application, you must install the 
driver from the Focus Companion CD 
before you can use the display.
