FUNCTION BUTTONS:
ON/OFF:
Press “ON” button and there will be 3 warning beep sound and then machine is started.
Press “OFF” button to enter into pause mode.
FAST:
Press “FAST” button to increase your speed. The maximum speed is

Press “SLOW” button to decrease your speed. The minimum speed is

MODE:
Press the “mode” button to select function.
Program (P): There are a total of 6 programs to choose from: manual program, 5 pre-set speed programs. Press
the “PROGRAM” button to select the desired program. Each program is divided into 20 segments
with time alternative of 0 to 99 minutes (increments of 1 minute). Ie: 20 minute program will
have 20 segments of 1.0 minutes.

Remarks
1.
Scan will flash every function for 5 seconds or press mode key to scan to your desired function.
2.
It is not recommended to preset more than one value. If more than one value is preset the values will
all reset to zero once one of the preset value reaches it’s set value.
3.
Press the
Program
key for 4 seconds to reset “all” values to zero.
4.
When both the
TIME and LAPS are set the machine will stop when any one of them reaches zero and the
settings will display the final accumulated value. If you don’t reset the accumulated value, after re-starting
machine, the value will resume counting.
