Step 4. Assembly for plastic covers
1. Match Connecting Arm Cover (L), (59), with Connecting Arm Cover (R)(60) on left Connecting
Arm (7) and secure with two M5 × 15m/m_Phillips Head Screws (79) and one Ø3.5 × 12m/m
Sheet Metal Screw (84) by using Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver
(108). Repeat the procedure for the other side.
2. Use four M5 × 15m/m Phillips Head Screws (79) to secure two Slide Wheel Covers (52) above
Slide Wheels of Pedal Arms (2) and (3), by using Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head
Screw Driver (108).
3. Use four M5 × 15m/m Phillips Head Screws (79) to secure two Rear Stabilizer Covers (A), (61),
and Rear Stabilizer Covers (B), (62), on Rear Stabilizer on Mainframe (1) and Rear Rail
Assembly (15), by using Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver (108).
4. Match Front Handle Bar Cover (L), (54), with Rear Handle Bar Cover (L), (55), on left Lower
Handle Bar (L), (4), which connects to pulley’s bearing housing. Use three Ø3.5 × 12m/m Sheet
Metal Screws (84) to secure with Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver
(108). The same way to secure Front Handle Bar Cover (R), (56), and Rear Handle Bar Cover
(R), (57), for right Lower Handle Bar (R), (5) by using three Ø3.5 × 12m/m Sheet Metal Screws
(84) and Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver (108).
Note: If the elliptical is wobbly, adjust the rubber feet on the rear rail assembly to level the elliptical.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE FIRMLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING
THE ELLIPTICAL.
