Assembly and user guide for escalator unit on SV-2500SE 

 

Assembly guide 

 

1.  Screws and nuts etc. are placed on the right spots. 
 
2.  The two tube brackets must be fixed into the brackets just above the wheels on the main frame, 

please note there is a right and left bracket. Hang up the escalator unit into the tube brackets and 
tighten all screws. 

 

3.  Insert the hoses into the holders on the tube 

 

4.  Attach the guard on the back, and the cylinder. 

 

5.  Pull the hydraulic hoses through the brackets on the three point linkage 

 

6.  Attach the swath guards (left and right)

The escalator unit is equipped with an oil motor operating the escalator. 

 

 

ATTENTION: the flow must not exceed 60 litre per minute, and the pressure 175 bar.  
 

With the oil motor you are able regulate the speed of the escalator, and bringing the crop either to 
the left or the right. Further to this you can also collect three swaths. 

 

3.  The escalator has been adjusted from the factory, though it is necessarily from the first hour of use 

to make some extra adjustments. 
To avoid the escalator being angled, please make sure that both ends on the escalator is equal
