Learning Secrets
The Bartender's Guide includes bartender's se-
crets—anything from “How to wash glasses” to
“Presentation of rum drinks.” You'll find this fea-
ture helpful and interesting.
1. Select “Secrets” under the Topics menu.
2. Press

secret.
To type a number hold
and press a num-

to select it.

to scroll down.

CLEAR
to return to the Secrets menu.
