Changing to 24-hour format
When setting the time as indicated
above, you can change to the 24-hour
format when the hour field is blinking.
Continue to rotate the RS until the “A”
or “P” disappears from the screen. The
24-hour format is indicated by a blank
space following the seconds indicator.
To scroll through the numbers quickly,
just hold the RS up or down. To return
to the 12-hour format, make sure the
hour field is blinking and rotate the RS
until an “A” or “P” is displayed follow-
ing the seconds indicator (for a.m. and
p.m.).

Activating Daylight Savings
Time (DST)
When the Home time and date are dis-
played, press ESC to toggle DST on or
off. This enables or disables DST for
home time only. D next to the time
