Finding a Series of Letters
To find words that begin with the same
letters, type an asterisk after the letters.
Asterisks stand for a series of letters.
1. Type a word ending with an

(e.g.,
manz
✻
).
To type an asterisk, hold
CAP
and
press
?
✽
.
2. Press
ENTER
.
3. Highlight a match.
4. Press
ENTER
to see the Spanish
translation.
5. Press
CLEAR
when done.
Correcting Misspellings
If you misspell a word in either language,
the Spanish Master shows you a list of
suggestions from which to choose.
1. Type a misspelled word (e.g.,
yabe
).
To erase a letter, press
BACK
.
2. Press
ENTER
.
3. Use the arrow keys to highlight
a correction.
4. Press
ENTER
to select the word.
5. Press
CLEAR
when done.

Accenting Letters
If you enter a word without an accent
when it is required, the Spanish
Master will treat it as a misspelled
word. You will then have to choose
the correct word from a correction
list. Remember, if you want to enter
an accent yourself, type the letter and
press
until the appropriate accent
appears. You can also hold
✩
and
press
N to get an ñ.
