Incoming Voltage alarm
Error code flashes: LI or HI
The Incoming Voltage alarms activate when the incoming voltage to the SPGC-220 (L1 and L2) is
outside the acceptable range. (LI activates below 185V and HI activates above 260V.) SPGC-220
automatically resets when the incoming voltage returns to the acceptable range. (LI resets above
200V and HI resets below 245V.)

until the display goes blank.
Release the reset button.
Measure the voltage across
L1 and L2.
Energize the hook
signal,
Observe for
proper operation.

correct the wiring
to L1 and L2
